Alfonso Paz Iglesias holds a degree in law from the Universidad San Pablo-CEU. Master’s in Business Tax Consultancy from the Business Institute (Madrid).
Before joining Padilla & Associates, he worked for more than 10 years in internationally renowned consulting firms (Ernst & Young), in the field of tax consultancy for large companies and multinational companies.
His areas of specialisation include taxation procedures, Corporation Tax, IGIC / VAT, real estate taxation, business restructuring operations and international taxation. He speaks English.
Kim Salcedo Simpson
Associate
Kim Salcedo Simpson has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of La Laguna and a post graduate degree in Economics and Business Science from the same university. Subsequently, he studied the Master’s of Tax and Accounting Consultancy at the IUDE (University of La Laguna).
Upon finishing his degree, he worked as an intern at the Caja Rural de Canarias for 8 months and in S + S auditors for one year.
He also worked as a purchasing manager in the company Hidráulica Majorera SL. From 2006 to 2009 he served in the Accounting and Finance department of Atlantis Digital (Canal 8 telecommunications, SL) and Tinvecar, SL (Renault Tinvesa).
He has worked for the firm Padilla & Associates as a taxation and accounting consultant since it was founded in March 2009. He speaks English.
Ruymán Díaz Molina
Associate
Ruymán Díaz Molina has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of La Laguna, specialising in financial management. He also completed the Master’s in Taxation and Tax Consultancy at the Centre for Financial Studies in Madrid, gaining experience in tax consultancy for companies and professionals in different local offices in Madrid and Tenerife.
He also worked in the corporate taxation department of the firm Ernst & Young Lawyers between September 2007 and February 2010. He has worked for Padilla & Associates as a taxation and accounting consultant since March 1st, 2010. He speaks English.
Ana Hernández Hormigo

Ana Hernández Hormigo has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of La Laguna. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the MBA and in Quality Management Systems from AENOR.
Upon completing her studies she completed a year-long internship in Caja Siete. She has worked in the accounting department of various companies, including IKEA, Tenerimex 98 and Pirotecnias Hermanos Toste.
She has worked with Padilla & Associates in the accounting department since October 13th, 2010. She speaks English.
Érica García Correa

Érica García Correa has a degree in Business Studies from the University of La Laguna. Subsequently she completed the Master’s of Business Taxation delivered by ESCOEX Tenerife.
Upon completion of her studies she worked as an intern at the Banca March firm for a period of 6 months.
She has been working for Padilla & Associates since March 2012.
Eileen Rodríguez León

Eileen Rodríguez León holds the qualification of Senior Technician in Administration and Finance, from the IES Cesar Manrique.
Since 2007 she has worked continuously in the administration and accounting departments of various entities, of which we can highlight UNICEF, Builtech Engineering, ATE Group, Jurídicos Racha and Vara del Rey.
She is the most recent addition to the firm and has been working with us since May 2014.

Bentenuya Acosta Pérez has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of La Laguna. Subsequently he completed the Master’s of Business Taxation taught by ESCOEX Tenerife.

Liz Sicilia Hernández has a degree in Management and Business Administration with a specialism in Marketing and Finance from Boston College, Massachusetts. She also holds a Master’s in Commercial Management and Marketing from the Business Institute and an MBA from the Tenerife Business School.
Before joining Padilla & Associates, she worked at Lotus, Bankinter and Mercator. She speaks English and French.

Filippo Bianchi
South Tenerife Office Manager
Filippo Bianchi is a Taxation Advisor. He graduated in Business Administration and Management from the University of Parma, Italy.
He subsequently passed the state exams to become tax advisor, accounting expert and account reviewer in Italy.
He also holds a Master’s in Business Taxation from ESCOEX Tenerife.
Before joining Padilla & Associates, he worked for more than five years in tax consultancy firms in Italy and Tenerife, in the field of taxation consultancy for companies and professionals.
His area of expertise includes global tax advice to companies, the self-employed and individuals, both Italian and Spanish.
He earned an English diploma from the FLS International Boston Commons in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
He speaks Italian and English.
